Very disappointed with lack of interior space with all the draws as it was bought having only viewed it on line and the print out say all your bags of shopping will be accommodated ,it has not match the one we replaced after 37/8 years of service.

A good value for money product. The absence of a temperature readout, inside or outside, is slightly limiting. Changing the 'hand' of the door is not trivial and the instructions for doing this are poor.

The freezer was just what I expected in height, size etc and fine. However the temperature knob is very small and difficult to turn with no temperature indicator and there is no interior light when opened so I was disappointed about these 3 functions.

It arrived damaged, and Beko were going to wait two weeks for an engineer, but AO replaced it within five days, which was great considering it arrived on a Saturday. So the freezer, no stars, customer service 5 stars.

Product is good, enough different size drawers. Suitable for out buildings like garage. 2 Fast Freeze drawers.

Freezer seems decent enough from early use. Does what we wanted it to. Only slight biggie is that drawers freeze over so you can’t see inside and have to open to find what you want instead of just looking in!

Looks ok but parts inside are very thin plastic & broken on arrival but they did replace within a few days. Ok value for the money

Freezer kept beeping for a few days due to a faulty sensor until an engineer came out to to replace it. He managed to stop the beeping but had to stick a magnet on temporarily because the replacement didnt come with the certain which needed replacing so have have to wait a few days until part arrives and engineers can give a slot to install i.
