this freezer is just what we were looking for. It is very spacious and you can easily see what is in each drawer. Not too tall to reach but still a large freezer.

Bought for the garage as Beko is on of the few manufactures who guarantee the freezer will work in a range of outside temperatures. Easy to use with simple features such as alarm for open door and defrost.

Very disappointed in now having 2 broken drawer fronts.The first was broken on delivery and the second has broken today and the freezer is a week old!!!

This upright freezer looks fine and finish is fine. The layout inside is good. The instructions were a little confusing particularly about first use and control setting. The real downside is that although I have filled the freezer with already frozen food from another one that it sounds like a noisy radiator. My small chest freezer is never heard yet this seems to have the motor running a lot of the time and its opened very little. I live alone.

Faulty straight out of box had to arrange engineer parts needed to fix

Had to change the door around which was not easy as the instructions were difficult to follow and many tools were needed. The door handle would not then fix properly so was unuseable. Requested a replacement door which Beko said would come the following Wednesday. An engineer turned up but no door. Another week and a half later I chased up and was told there were no spare doors. The freezer when I put it on was very noisy so I have rejected it.

One of the drawers was broken They have replaced it 3 times and every one we have received has been broken Still not received a good one

The first one didn't work properly and had to go back. It had ice build-up and the pressure inside wasn't right. The second one also had to go back because the door wouldn't shut properly. In both cases the door hinge had been altered from left to the right side which could have contributed to the problem.
