A very well proportioned fridge freezer with an easy to use fridge arrangement. The two freezer compartments make access to items easy

Unfortunately we are disappointed with this Hotpoint Appliance. The interior shelves in the doors only allow for 2 x 4 pint milks, and not tall enough in other side for fruit juices or bottles of wine. As the shelves can not be adjusted in main fridge, you are limited to the height of bottles bought (e.g. a large ketchup bottle can not be stood upright). The "defrost" drawer in fridge, doesn't defrost that well in 24 hours, and if fresh meat or veg / fruit are stored in that drawer then they will actually start to freeze. The freezer drawers themselves tend to stick and not glide (they have broken twice in six months) and you only have 1 1/2 drawers in reality as the top drawer at left hand side is used for the ice cube tray. And if there is food at the front left of top drawer it will not close. I'd also add if you are shorter than 5'7" then don't buy, as it is very difficult to reach the back of the top shelf due to depth of fridge. Sadly wish we hadn't bought this, and truly look forward to it breaking down so we have a justification to purchase a different model.

Fab fridge freezer, lots of room. Love it!

Pleased with my purchase. The appliance is deceptively spacious, looks great and is reasonably priced for what it offers. The split door of the fridge is a great idea but the only issue I have is that the closing mechanism for the smaller door is very clunky and feels as if it could easily be damaged. Not sure whether this is a general problem or whether my door isn't lined up perfectly. The freezer drawers are well-designed and hold far more food than you would expect. So far the exterior isn't showing fingerprints, which is a big plus. Overall, a great appliance.

A good deal, good experience, communication was good during the process. Very happy with the new fridge freezer and we love all of the new features, especially the extra capacity!!!

Our fridge-freezer is spacious and everything is organised and easy to see at a glance, and reach. We especially love the meat drawer and wine rack in the fridge and the removable shelf in the bottom freezer drawer. All of the space has been thought about so you can actually fit the things you buy in without squashing, squeezing or piling stuff up. My daughter liked ours so much that she has bought one in black!

Nice fridge freezer however the design for the location of the ice tray is not the best. More over the fridge door to the right is extremely clunky when closing I am having to use both hands. The tray in the large draw again is no the best design as this is not a smooth closure. So a little disappointed to say the least.
