This is early days, but this smeg microwave is very smart, lovely finish, 31cm turntable so good size, quiet and very straightforward to operate. It does have automatic defrost and cook options plus a quartz grill, but I like for its varied power options and simplicity.

This replaced a 13 year old microwave and fitted perfectly into the existing carcass. It also matches in well with the oven below. I bought this to replace a faulty product which was 10 years old. I chose this one because it was an exact fit to the built in housing although it wa.The microwave was well packaged and easy to unpack. The instruction booklet was well written and easy to follow. Installation was straightforward and quick to set up. A UK fitted plug would have been helpful. We had it working within the hour and it looks good and works well. Thank you
