Unable to mount kitchen cabinet door to appliance due to holes in appliance door outer casing and it’s inside being misaligned and unable to take mounting bolts. This occurred on appliance first delivered and then the replacement. Instructions for mounting doors are barely useable - but would have been able to work it out. While I had the first appliance, waiting for the replacement, the freezer was okay. Worryingly flimsy feet were a concern when fitting but okay once freezer in place. As other reviews state, door has to be opened beyond 90 degrees else shelves catch. Door has a strong hinge which makes it sturdy to close. Impressed with the space, especially the ‘hidden’ compartment beneath the bottom tray. Door alarm is a great inclusion at this price, but thermostat is very sensitive and alarm kicks in even after the door has only been open for a very short time. For price, warranty, being frost free and use this could have been a 5 star buy. But, in my opinion, 2 appliances later, let down by very poor quality control at manufacturer.

Ok not fabulous

Three stars is not a comment on the freezer as we have only had it a day but on the totally inadequate instructions for fitting, particularly regarding the fixing of a cabinet door front. A pitifully poor line drawing and no clear instructions regarding which fixing brackets go where, let alone any dimensions to show where drill holes should be centred, etc. It truly is a case of 'work it out for yourself' which meant the job took far longer than necessary. The freezer itself looks good (although the height-adjustable legs seem flimsy, as though they could come loose at any time - I suppose you get what you pay for), runs much more quietly that our old model it replaced and if it lasts as long then there can be no complaints.

Its a very nice freezer with great suction on the door. Not the clearest of instructioions to put the door on so it is handy I'm okay at diy. The screw feet feel a bit flimsy ad well.

Slightly disappointed. The freezer works fine but it’s meant to blend in with the rest of the kitchen. There is no template in with the item to make fitting a unit door simpler. The only mention of fitting the door is a very small almost unreadable diagram printed on recycled paper. So, I’ve installed the freezer myself, but now I have to pay for a kitchen fitter to fit the wooden door. Annoyed!

Good solid freezer, very quiet. Draws are easy to pull in and out and you can fit lots in. My only wish would be a light on the inside as it's in a dark utility room but great otherwise!

No problems with freezer but the instruction manual was useless and the fixing of our door took ages as the parts to fix it weren't right took a lot longer than anticipated otherwise Ok
