I found this product very good value for money and the service was very good and were quite happy to deliver the product when it suited me excellent it fitted into our new kitchen and had enough room for myself and husbands needs I have always had a larger freezer but found storage room very good and you do not really hear it unless you have door open to long then it kicks in for a while till at temperatures that you set excellent

I needed an additional freezer and this had fairly good internal space, A+ rating and was reasonably priced. It arrived on time, fitting was straight forward, changing door opening was easy but I have found it to be quite loud at times and the alarm comes on easily.

good volume, but a little noisy relative to previous model we had.

I chose this model to replace a Miele original. The price reflects the difference in overall quality, such as the door fitting brackets and drawer robustness. The unit took a day or so to reach the temperature at which the alarm would not sound on opening the door. However, the brackets do the job and are unseen behind the integrated kitchen door, and with due care the drawers should not become damaged. The controls are below plinth level and require the plinth board to be lowered at this point. After a week I am happy that the unit is functioning as expected with no discernable noise in my kitchen/lounge, and with a two year guarantee, time will tell if I made the right call not to spend 4 times as much. I think so!

Great freezer for the money loads of space inside would highly recommend

Unable to mount kitchen cabinet door to appliance due to holes in appliance door outer casing and it’s inside being misaligned and unable to take mounting bolts. This occurred on appliance first delivered and then the replacement. Instructions for mounting doors are barely useable - but would have been able to work it out. While I had the first appliance, waiting for the replacement, the freezer was okay. Worryingly flimsy feet were a concern when fitting but okay once freezer in place. As other reviews state, door has to be opened beyond 90 degrees else shelves catch. Door has a strong hinge which makes it sturdy to close. Impressed with the space, especially the ‘hidden’ compartment beneath the bottom tray. Door alarm is a great inclusion at this price, but thermostat is very sensitive and alarm kicks in even after the door has only been open for a very short time. For price, warranty, being frost free and use this could have been a 5 star buy. But, in my opinion, 2 appliances later, let down by very poor quality control at manufacturer.
