Fitted the freezer very easily, the sound is very quiet and pleasing. Very pleased with the shelf storage, which holds my food very well. Had problems with the door fitting instructions and decided to use the fixings from my old freezer. Only one problem I do not know where to find the serial numbers to complete the warranty.

Quiet compressor and fitted nicely under the worktop. Dials are located at the bottom so it's important that your kick boad is easily removable should you.want to change the temperature settings. The door shuts firmly and feels solid. The drawers are clear and slide in and out freely. The door fitting instructions weren't the best and difficult to decipher the drawings so patience is a virtue with the door! Overall it's a good little under the work top freezer I would recommend if you are looking to replace an existing one. Hope this helps. Chris

Its a very nice freezer with great suction on the door. Not the clearest of instructioions to put the door on so it is handy I'm okay at diy. The screw feet feel a bit flimsy ad well.

Pleased with this freezer, the (3) drawers look a decent size and should be easy to clean. While installing the door needed to be reversed, so the only minor complaint is that one of the screw bolts was threaded and had been forced in in the factory. Instructions could be better, but worked it all out in th end!

This freezer arrived on time and on date , it works perfectly in our utility room . Was fast to freeze due to the fast freeze button ,that automatically cancels after 2 days should you forget to cancel this function . Analogue control for temperature, auditable alarm for power outage or to warn if the freezer is above its set point temperature. Very strong door hinge that slams the door closed. And to top it all off it has a two year manufacturers warranty, very good at this price point. Reasonably priced product. You can fit your kitchen door directly on the appliance with the supplied brackets.

So far so good. Very nicely built under counter freezer with a lot of space for your shopping. Runs very quiet and to top it all off the service from AO was as good as ever. Only negative for me is the lack of a thermometer which I rectified by buying a digital one. Highly recommended.

My husband and i needed a new freezer as ours broke we couldn't find one anywhere - called AO and lady guided us through purchase and delivery was smooth and on time. Also, when we received product was very easy to install and good quality. Would highly recommend as this was our first experience with AO.
