Overall this is a very good washer dryer with only a couple of minor niggles. Niggles are: - The control panel is very sensitive, buttons are operated by jeans denim when leaning over the machine to make tea! Even pointing at a button can operate it without actually pressing the button! - The end of cycle tune is loud and cannot be changed or disabled. - No spin-only cycle. Otherwise very happy with the machine. It was cheap for a washer dryer, but seems well put together. It has a large-ish 8 kilo load. The depth is 550mm which allows for std water pipes to run behind it without it sticking out from under the worktop. The motor / drum is quiet, it washes well, drying can be controlled separately or automatically after a wash. A 2 year warranty with 10 year on the drive motor as standard. Hopefully it'll last 10 years.

Fantastic washer dryer,clear easy to use instructions for my elderly disabled mother, clothing and bedding dried perfectly ,we personally prefer to do a wash cycle then remove any item that isn't suitable for drying then set on a drying cycle .she was also very impressed with the way the delivery was arranged so gave her time to answer the door safely.thanks again to ao ??***** service

Selected the Washer Dryer from the website based on the previous customers reviews, which states its simple to understand and use, especially the 30mins wash cycle. As it's for my elderly parents this was a must. Washer delivered on time as promised Easy to install and plumb in.. Only need to connect the water pipe and drain pipe.. The washer is simple to use Overall a good experience. Thank you

Very pleased with it. Simple to connect to existing feed water pipe and drain. There are three options with the programming. Wash only. Dry only. If you see the 'button' in about the middle of the panel you program wash and then press this button 'dry' and it washes and dries. Only problem I have found is a mislabel. Came back after such a program and it was still locked. It did a short tumble. I thought it was CD - Cooling Down. Actually, it had finished. Press any button to stop and unlock and it is ready to empty. Great machine.

Giving this product a 4 for its good features but edging towards a 3 star for it's bad. It's a nice looking washer dryer, neat and tidy. Enough options without having too many. The quick wash is great (43mins at 1400 spin and 40 degrees), haven't used any of the other washes yet. Dryer - might take some getting used to as it's my first washer dryer. But does seem to take a while (1 small towel, some underwear and a couple of tops 1hr 30!) and doesn't always dry as well as I'd like (but think I just need to adjust my expectations from a standard dryer). Also although the wash cycle is relatively quiet even on the spin when it spins on the dry it's very loud and it seems to go on forever. There is also a smell of burning rubber but I understand this is normal with a new product so hopefully this will wear off after a few more washes.

Overall a good washer dryer. One of the reasons I brought this one was because it only has a small amount of different wash cycles as I have no need for lots of different types. The machine is simple to use and wash's and drys clothes well. Only downside is that there is a horrible burning plastic smell when drying clothes but according to lg this should disappear eventually the more it is used.

Excellent valued product. Washes well. Would have preferred more full load shorter programmes but all new washes seem to be the same. Quiet.

Absolutely astonished and very disappointed with my brand new LG Washer/Dryer! Purchased on the 3rd January 2021, delivered and connected on the 6th January and to my horror now no longer working as it has broken down! LG Engineers inspect it and find that it needs major repairs and oh yes parts are out of stock, I have asked for a new replacement that has been denied as the guarantee only covers it being repaired!!!!! So I have a broken down new machine, it won't be replaced and only repaired..... so disgusting to have to accept as fast as I'm concerned a reconditioned machine!!!! UNACCEPTABLE, last LG product I will ever buy! Beware of the guarantee, read the small print!!!!!
