Some people we have over can be fussy about how there food is cooked but haven’t had any complaints just compliments on the way the food has come out of this grill. It’s so easy to use and to clean

Well, I've only used it twice so far - the first time was to cook a chicken breast, the second for steak. I can't believe how quickly this cooks - it literally took about 6-7 minutes to grill the chicken - I didn't actually believe it was done until I cut into the meat, and it was perfect. The steak was a breeze too - and it was so nice to actually know how to cook it to perfection. And even though I had it well done, it was still very tender and juicy. The only shame is that it doesn't come with a recipe book, but I've ordered a couple from Amazon (although I couldn't find one specific to Tefal). Would definately recommend this.

The item is very easy to use and cooks food to perfection. Great how the plates are removable as this makes them easy to wash. Even better that you can stick them in the dishwasher. Fantastic peice of kit!
