This is a lovely little laptop,it comes with a windows 11 upgrade as well,i haven't played Minecraft on it yet but that was easy to download. I am using it for 3D printing files and have no issues with downloads. 2usb ports and hdmi socket work great and allows me to use tv with it. Def worth the money .

Pros: Looks and feels good and AO customer service team have been responsive and understanding. Cons: we have had three separate units of these laptops and not one single one has worked properly. Geo's customer service is slow to respond and tried to get me in the BIOS to fix things, reinstall windows from a flash drive and all sorts of nonsense, none of which actually worked. Obviously they have zero quality control or checking on the products before they leave their factory and then not much of a clue on what is wrong with the product so a frustrating waste of time calling or emailing people. The first one - the laptop actually appeared to work (yay!), but the battery would not charge past 3% (d'oh!) so was effectively not a laptop and the charging cable is extremely short on these so it was close to useless. The Minecraft download (whole reason we bought this) did not work either. The second two - charged fine, but when going through the set-up would get to a blue screen with no further options, the word "Services" in the top right and no way of completing the set-up. So utterly useless and he we are in February trying to get our daughter's xmas present to work so she can play Minecraft again. Avoid like the plague!

Bought this laptop in April to replace my daughter’s faulty unit as some of her friends play Minecraft and a couple of other multi participant games online we both thought this would be perfect. But as a laptop doing laptop tasks it’s perfect as with the games it keep asking for updates and continually says it’s out of memory so it’s only able to download and cope with one main game so a little disappointed Will be replaced with a different computer. Would recommend this as it’s a good computer for the money it’s well presented easy to use with a bright clear screen.

Great Product.

Bought this laptop for my 10yr olds birthday. Brilliant, easy to set up and quick. My son is more excited about doing his homework on line now he has this. The stickers are great for personalisation. Top tip if your buying for a child and you set them up with Microsoft account with their real age it puts on parental controls for Internet and other stuff for you. So you don't have to be a tech to keep your kids safe

Didnt work, hardware issue, didnt charge battery at all

Great laptop, very stylish and sleek, ideal for kids. My daughter loves the colour and we managed to get Minecraft installed in no time. No complaints so far!
