Missing the mounting brackets which are on a 7-10 day delivery from the manufacturer as you can't contact AO directly. So 2 stars for product quality however the hob may work OK if I get the parts for it to be installed. Fortunately I'm not in a hurry and haven't booked a gas safe engineer to fit yet.

Hisense stainless steel Hob is very nice. It looks clean and shiny and looks great in the kitchen. The gas knobs are very easy to use.

Really good 5 ring gas hob ! Pleased with the performance, like the three separate cast iron grates supporting the saucepans, easy for soaking and cleaning, my other one only had two, much to big to soak ! Wipes over easy for cleaning, love the wok ring, very powerful. They all light strait away ! Really happy now ! Thank you

This was bought as a replacement for an expensive hob, it looks very similar and of equal quality, all works perfectly, generally great value for money.
