Nice. As close to the real thing as you can get.

Really pleased with this purchase. I knew I wanted an electric stove with the opti myst feature but the main reason for choosing the Gosford was the depth as others I'd looked at were far too big for the space it was intended for. The opti myst feature is really good, I like that you can turn up or down the intensity of the flames/smoke and you can have it on without heat too which I like. The only thing I would say is personally I would have preferred the log base to be slightly 'fuller' looking as you can see through the gaps in the logs to the sides and back of the unit. Great service in terms of ordering and delivery.

We weren't sure at first about the price for an electric fire, but it it's not just an electric fire it's a focal point in the room and it looks so realistic, don't worry about having to change the water every couple of day's ,we definitely think it's worth it. We bought a water filter jug and the amount in the jug is perfect for the water tank in the fire,very pleased with this fire.

LOVE LOVE LOVE This fire. Researched electric fires to death, and was very skeptical, but it is incredibly realistic. Annoyingly, the remote control arrived with the battery cover damaged, which AO are yet to respond to me about. It does steam up on full blast, but we often have it on low, which is plenty. Heater is reasonably quiet for a fan heater too. Would be five stars with a non-faulty remote!

Seems expensive at first, but this fire is excellent and worth every penny, Even good to look at when its switched off , Switched on makes you feel warm and cosy even without the heater switched on , can really recommend this product , assembly was simple, ready to go within minutes

Very pleased with the stove its exactly what we wanted.

Keeps the room at a nice even temperature. Very quiet on low, not too loud in high. Good flame effect. Looks good (especially if buy a false flue too).
