Good piece of kit. Daily water top up takes about 2 minutes, no problem. Great effect and at a great price thanks...I'll be back.

Great little burner,good flame effects and build quality. We have used it a couple of times,looks great but i have made an improvement to it.It was missing the noise of crackling ,popping and fizzing normal to burners. I found real fire noise apps on google with our tablet,then used bluetooth speaker placed near the gosford,now its magic.Dimplex could make this quick fix and make this burner even better,

Whilst this is expensive, the fire is well worth every penny! It's easy to use & looks fab!

I thought for a while as it isn't cheap, but well worth the cost. Heats my room lovely and does actually look real. Very pleased

This is a lovely electric smoke effect log fire. Very happy with it. Very realistic and looks good sitting in my fireplace. We bought this as we didn't have anywhere to store real logs and find this easy to use.
