Just opened up my fireplace in the dining room and didn’t want another log burner so looked at many options before deciding on this stove. It looks perfect, just like a log burner and you get a similar effect without the need for the heat to be on so room instantly looks warm and cosy without any hassle. Water does need topping up every couple of days but no big deal. If your looking for an alternative to the real thing then I think this is a great choice.

Easy to set up with basic instructions.... Flame effect set just above low and on for about 6 hours per night after 3 or 4 nights water needs topping up.When water is empty fire switches off.Easy to top up and I suppose better and easier than topping up a real fire with logs or coal.Which would still not beat this flame effect.

Lovely item, hard to believe the flames aren't real, silent with the flame effect, quiet fan when on heater, great quality build, can't fault it in any way. Put together within 10 mins, instructions easy to use.

So realistic that you would think it is a real log burner without all the mess involved and very stylish and being only 300mm deep it fit really well anywhere. If you are looking for a log burner and no chimney go for it.

Really happy with the product, very effective fire effect and heater works well. Easy to put together and refill with water. Yes the window does steam up occasionally, but that's not surprising considering it is using lots of water vapour. Just wipe the glass with tiny bit of neat washing up liquid once a week and the condensation doesn't happen.

The flame effect is unbelievably real and transforms the whole room, the heat output is excellent and the constant temperature thermostat provides constant heat keeping the room perfect. Overall the product excellent 10 put of 10.

Absolutely delighted with this fire which was bought to replace an old framed electric living flame fire. It’s very realistic & makes a terrific feature for any room. The flames look so real it’s uncanny! Tip - do buy the hearth mat & stove pipe that sits on top to complete it. They make such a difference.

It looks good, easy to set up, great flame and smoke effect. The only problem is that you need to keep the door slightly open otherwise you get condensation on the inside of the glass which never appears to clear.
