Well packaged and relatively easy to assemble. A good looking stove that is lighter in weight than it looks. The visual effect is incredibly realistic but does require topping up with filtered water regularly. The heat output is good accompanied by a gentle purring of the fan that is only evident when the room is in silence.

Beautiful fire and fabulous visual effect but unfortunately it has a very pungent smell from paint coating on log effect, replaced and still the same. Not pleasant to smell or breathe in whilst relaxing infront of the fire.

Its fantastic, my last one gave over 8 years of trouble free service.

Lovely and cosy. Very realistic, looks like a real log fire. Easy to assemble. 1800 and 2kw settings, have only used the lighting so far. I am using around a litre of filtered water per day on the lowest flame setting etc, filling water tank daily is worth the effort. I am very pleased with the product and would recommend.
