Perfect unit for our needs

It marks very easily, I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and is already dented and stretched and the water is also very noisy when filling ice and it wasn’t when first plugged in, the delivery men also scratched my floor but I didn’t realise until it was too late

Fantastic item. Really efficient and keeps everything chilled and frozen perfectly. This was an upgrade for us from built in counter separate fridge/freezer and what an improvement! The space inside is huge, much bigger than we expected and already the ease of water and ice on tap, during this warm summer, has been wonderful. We already have an LG TV and now would also buy more kitchen appliances by LG too. Product was packaged fantastically to avoid any damage with plenty of instructions on the item itself to ensure effective use of features. Water filter was missing the 'artow' to indicate flow which we needed to look up but otherwise pretty straightforward to install.

Good product shame that the fridge freezer door was dented and then the delivery guys scraped my newly laid laminate floor due to the way they lifted the old faulty appliance out which were told several times to be careful of the floor now waiting for a replacement as have to wait in twice for either a new door then engineer or new fridge freezer and then collection of the old one but so far seems a good machine plenty of room

Good fridge, plenty of space. Particularly like the ice and water dispenser. Just installed but need to figure on how to stop it wobbleing when the door closes.

Great fridge freezer. Plenty of space, looks good and nicely finished. Like having control panel inside fridge door, rather than on front. Like plumbed version so that no topping up of water tank required. Water dispenser not as cold as previous failed Samsung unit, but adding a little ice overcomes this.
