This is much larger than our previous freezer but so, so quiet! Drawers and shelves layout make finding things easy. Impressed with the thickness of insulation compared to my old one. Some don't like the open top two shelves but we find them no problem at all. Some would prefer a light but I can't see how one could be effective on such a large appliance with drawers - no problem for us either. Must say we like the Bosch build quality - we have it all round our home :))

A wonderful replacement for my old chest freezer. I no longer have to go out to the garage in the cold and dark, now everything is stored neatly in my new upright freezer! We redesigned our kitchen specifically so that we can now fit a dryer and an upright freezer. I was a little concerned that it might not be as spacious, but everything fitted with the top shelf still free. Best of all it's frost free so no more defrosting for me, love it!

Too early to rate long-term performance but doing well so far. I am not sure if I like the 'open plan' upper shelves as I had become used to them being covered in the previous model, but time will tell.

I am so happy with this freezer I replaces my previous one which , after 15 years has gone to the scap heaven for freezers . This model is very quiet when running with really deep drawers for those awkward items . I like the idea of open shelves at the top . I was at first a little scptical of them , but i am proved wrong . These are ideal for containers of 'batch', cooking , its so easy to locate what you are looking for , and for the ice cube trays . I don't spill water everywhere when trying to close a drawer. Altogether a good product I could happily recommend.

Very good product although th on/off button was mistaken for the alarm button so do not turn off by accident. PLease of storage and baskets have handles.
