Delivery was on schedule. Polite, helpful chaps. The freezer is just as I wanted. All good.

Nice sleek but simple design. Loads of space, with very deep drawers and top shelves. Very practical for getting well stocked up in advance for Christmas. I found the two large ice packs stored in the door very handy when going out shopping, I can grab them quickly and put them in the cool bags. Very pleased with the quality of this Bosch freezer.I bought this frost free one to replace a very old freezer that needed regularly defrosting, so it will be nice to not have that chore again! Full marks to the AO team too.Thankyou.

Well designed and spacious beyond what the litres suggest. I really like that there are extra deep boxes but also the shelves are really handy for storing things like pizzas.

A fantastic service from AO as always. Gave AO my order. And we were kept informed of the progress and delivery of our order. Two men arrived on time and in next to no time they had taken our old chest freezer and unpacked our two new up right freezers even changed the door round to hang on the other side

We were in a hurry for a new freezer as the old one had the red light on and time was of the essence .We chose this freezer as it was to be an exact replacement .Not only is it a replacement it is fantastic and so much more efficient than the the old one. More shelves and so quiet .We would certainly recommend this freezer to family and friends and have done already !!

Only had this item for a week but so far it is great. It has an indicator to show that it reached the temperature required. It reached-18 with 3-4 hours in mid summer It has nice deep draws that are easily accessible very happy so far.

Excellent as all bosch products. Old one lasted 20 years!
