From first time turned on Very noisy and sounds like there is a brick in it even when empty Not suitable for use in garage or outhouse as needs to be in + temps to avoid ice damage Only really suitable for use when you are out of the house. Can not see us keeping this very long

Great delivery but that’s we’re it ends Very noisy loud knocking sound from first use/ turned on can be heard all over house Not suitable for use in garage or outbuildings as not suitable for cold weather so stuck with only being able to use when out of house Wish I had spent bit more for none candy / hoover product

Not brilliant - takes a very long time

I’ve had this dryer for about 6 months now and bought it for environmental reasons. In terms of performance compared to the old dryer, it is poor. It can take up to 4 hours to dry clothes sometimes they never get completely dry and when you have a big household that’s frustrating. Over the winter it didn’t work a lot of the time because the house was cold so we had to move it next to a radiator which defeats the point of having the heat pump. Overall it’s been disappointing.

What the hell

To be really honest how good it is I don't know yet as we have not worked out how to use it yet. We receive d it this morning and that's where the problems started. It supposed to have a pipe so that you can connect it to your sink outlet so you don't have to keep emptying it but it was missing. Then it really went to bits as you need degrees to understand the instructions as the wording is worse than mine. Then to work out how to use It you need degrees in laundry and electronics. Trying to work the tempature so you don't shrink or burn your cloths is that bad we still don't know on that one. It is so bad we have washed an old set of bedding so we can try to work it out that way if we damage it we can at least got something to replace it for now and then send this dryer back.

Good product

Good product, takes over 2 hours to dry a load of washing and a little noises at times. But overall ok.

Mixed review

Our first machine was faulty - making loud noises when turning and banging from side to side. AO replaced it next day but the second machine seems to leak water if you don't clear all filters after every dry. A bit inconvenient but otherwise a brilliant machine. Very cheap to run, dries clothes in a timely manner and we like the extra programmes available on the app. I just hope the leak stops or we may have to send it back again.

I'd say 3star is reasonable

This is the first time owning this type of machine and had it for roughly 2 months. It's nice and quiet and the 9kg drum is great has lots of settings and the delayed drying option is brilliant. Cons with it I have found after some cycles the cloths still feel damp (maybe I'm over filling it) and the length of times it does take to dry the cloths is bloody long average option times are 1hour 30 to 3hours depending on what you are drying so if you want cloths dryed fast you will have a wait.

Tricky to connect

3/5
The water drain connection is not adequately supported in the UK and therefore difficult to find parts to connect directly to a sink trap appliance connection. A kit for this would be useful as I had to visit an industrial hose and fittings supplier to get the parts to make the connection possible. The machine seems ok but only used a few times so far
