Do NOT buy this item, if you want to rely on the "door open alert". AO does not provide any information on this in its description, it is not audible, it is merely a flashing light in the fridge compartment and nothing if the freezer door is left open. AO offered 55% credit against exchanging, on a fridge freezer I have had for 10 weeks

A lot smaller then expected in the freezer section , also seems very light and cheap feel

Product ok -fridge smaller than I was expecting (previous one had the same external dimensions but smaller inside).

Item is fine, does all you expect...BUT...Hotpoint now provide items with a shorter power cable, so if you have a socket higher up the wall, you will need an extension lead. My old Hotpoint power cable was at least 350 mm longer, THANKS HOTPOINT - NOT- bet you have saved loads of money with this initiative but forced people to buy a short extension lead. Not great for lots of reasons..... Star rating based on this one point, as the fridge /freeze works fine

Large and spacious, works well. Only down side, It had to be cleaned upon delivery, there was a build-up of dust.

Lovely service. The delivery were on time and very polite.

Seems to be a very good product and reversing the doors was quite straightforward
