I find this not as good as my old hotpoint . I’d had it for 35 years before it went wrong . This one doesn’t take my big plates only at the two edges on the lower basket. Also my pasta plate / bowls don’t fit in very well . I may have to change all my crockery. If I put my smaller plates in every slot they don’t get clean . I feel they have to be in every other one. I still need to experiment with the positions of my crockery to get the best out of it .

Does the job. Door fells very light and cheap. I hope it lasts as long as my Bosch .

Although it was the same size as my last dishwasher because it didn't have removable wheels it would not fit in our cupboard. It is sticking out into the kitchen until a carpenter can come and help us but the dishwasher itself is brilliant. Everything is so clean and I cannot fault the performance.

Bought the dishwasher as it was recommended by Which magazine as a low budget ' best buy'. Does whats wanted,if anything drying could be better. Time will tell how good it is l guess.

Generally very happy with hotpoint dishwasher .products the only disappointing thing although it has like a rinse wash it does not have a 30 minute wash and dry mode. Shortest wash is over 2 hours.

I replaced a Hotpoint Dishwasher for a new Hotpoint Dishwasher, I'm sorry to say I'm very disappointed with the new one, the only short programme is 28 minutes, it's not long enough to get plates etc clean (60 mins on old one) none of the spikes/rungs fold down (old one all of them fold down) no utensil sliding shelf on the top rack (I've taken the one out of the old one) my pasta bowls don't fit (they did in the old one) & lastly the cutlery tray I dislike totally & the old ones don't fit! The delivery & the 2 guys delivering were very good and kept me informed on their arrival time, very polite and took the goods to the room I requested.

Quick and efficient delivery from AO. Machine cleans well and does what it is supposed to do. The only downside is the cycle time for a standard load is 2.5 hours, more than double what our last machine took. Also, there is no timer or indicator to tell the user how much time is left in the cycle.
