Cost and delivery were very good. Packing of product was O.K. but it looked as though it had been repacked. Machine works well but the top shelf is not ideally designed for glasses.

Has worked brilliantly so far. Very happy with the results.

I was impressed with this quiet model as it employs and inverter motor (advanced motor technology). It's cleans very well and has large capacity. So overall I was very pleased. Improvement suggestion could be the front panel buttons feel and operate quite cheaply.

Having had a Hotpoint for many years my wife wanted another one. This replacement certainly hasn't disappointed. It has clean lines to compliment our other appliances with easy to follow instructions for its many features. The external size is the same as our old one but the internal capacity seems much more spacious & certainly seems well built - not Chinese, which makes a refreshing change. Looking forward to more long service from Hotpoint.

Decent replacement for a much more expensive model. However space is an issue and it’s a bit clunky. The wash options could be better too, takes a long time if you don’t compromise wash quality. Overall fine but I’d probably go for a better model if I could have afforded it.

Very quiet dishwasher. We use the eco wash as it cleans the best. Easy to load, fits lots in. The stainless steel looks great in our kitchen
