Honestly, this washer/dryer machine sucks my soul out of me and not in a good way! I was so happy to be receiving my new washer/dryer, especially when my husband had broke ours washing machine and tumble dryer (don’t ask how) whilst I was at work! The instruction manual needs another manual of its own. I just want to wash and dry my family’s clothes - is that too much to ask for? One evening when I got home from work (I’m a student nurse and a health care support worker), the washing pile had been ignored by the rest of the house hold all day so I took it upon myself to load the washing machine. The washing load was no more than 5KG. Do you know how long the machine took to wash and dry the clothes? 6hrs and 45minuets. I could have done it quicker by warming the hot tub up, putting the jet washes on and adding some washing powder, then manually spinning the washing out (by hand) and dried the washing by foraging for wood, building my own fire and hanging the washing on my clothes airer. Don’t try to be smart and save space like me . Or better, don’t ever let your husband touch your perfectly find washing machine and tumble dryer.

Good washer, however the drying part needs a smaller load only, otherwise items come out wet. I can’t get the wifi to work. It picks up when it’s completed a cycle and notifies me but I can’t get it to start a cycle from the app. As a washing machine I can’t fault it, when the dryer works it does a good job. Marked down due to the technical issue with the app and the dryer needing a smaller load than I’m used to.

Very good washer but takes forever to dry anything! Also no matter what I do, everything comes out extremely creased. The instruction book isn't very clear either.

Seems to be a good product. Only used the washing side of it so far a handful of times. A range of programs, although the synthetics mixed seems quite a long programme at 1hr 57mins. I tend to use the all in one 59min programme providing nothing is heavily stained. My only slight niggle so far is that the main door catches the product drawer if you open them both at the same time which I do at the end of a cycle to get the clothes out and clean the drawer out!

Works well. Controls aren’t as simple as my old Indesit but they’re not as bad as some.

Great machine. Powerful spin cycle. Instructions aren't great. Trying to work out how to use the dryer on a time less than 3 hours is a nightmare.
