Very good easy use nice machine

Very pleased with my purchase.

Worst machine ever had, bought this to replace old model as was really happy with it, unfortunately this one has a problem spinning bedding it wraps it into a ball and then the balancing detector inside stops it spinning, I’ve tried putting less in but was told by hoover it’s because there’s not enough in that it can knot up but if I put more in it just wraps around that and knots it all up, they said it’s my fault I’m not loading it right and should maybe think about mixing the wash erm I wanted to was bedding which I have done for over 40 years with no problem, there solution was to take my bedding to the laundrette

Great washer, plenty choice of cycles and great size drum

Very good for the price although expensive, otherwise of functionality & timer, overall service was very quick & efficent

I actually love this machine, it let's me pause the wash to add things I missed lol.

Fantastic value, easy follow operating process and great wash.

lovely machine...looks good too,works like dream would definitely recommend
