Worst machine ever had, bought this to replace old model as was really happy with it, unfortunately this one has a problem spinning bedding it wraps it into a ball and then the balancing detector inside stops it spinning, I’ve tried putting less in but was told by hoover it’s because there’s not enough in that it can knot up but if I put more in it just wraps around that and knots it all up, they said it’s my fault I’m not loading it right and should maybe think about mixing the wash erm I wanted to was bedding which I have done for over 40 years with no problem, there solution was to take my bedding to the laundrette

I have just used this machine for the first time and it does not work. I have requested a replacement from AO. Very disappointed.

Washes well but it’s quite loud

Had this model previously so bought again , not as good as the original, Spin doesn’t seem as good and overall a bit meh ! Slightly disappointed this this time round.

Had this machine 3 times, slight differencein each one, simple to use,big drum and washes the clothes really clean. Very quite too. The short cycles are amazing and wash the clothes lovely. I am extremely happy.

Nice and quiet and very stable , good buy !!! Quick wash is less than 54 mins , very pleased with this purchase.

Absolutely fine, seems clever for a budget washing machine. Only slight complaint is the spin is quite loud.

Lovely machine. Has 3 programmes for shorter washes which is brilliant.
