Nice looking machine. Large capacity. Variety of progrrammes to suit different loads. Quiet operation

Fabulous piece of machinery - especially at that price point. I was a bit concerned it wasn’t going to be very good, but I needn’t of worried - it does the job perfectly

So please with the new washing machine so quiet and the programmes are so flexible - you are able to pick a programme that suits the wash load you have. Love the graphite colour it is so much nicer that the black one we had previously and although smaller in size plenty of drum size for a full load. We were both surprised with the choice of spin and how dry the clothes come out.

the washing machine never started off well was noisy spinning from day one then would not spin when got to 6 minutes to be told was because load was uneven when i wash same clothes every week, had Engineer out who had to fit new motor now stops at 12 minutes they are coming out again would never buy again

Initially thought this to be a good washer. Like the short wash options. However, would say it is not robust as the paddles on the drum are plastic and rivetted on - not a part of the metal drum as on other washers. You can't tell this though from the images. One of the paddles unknowingly came away, leaving very sharp rivet holes which damaged a wash and cut hand when emptying. Engineer due to visit but somewhat concerned as told warranty only applies to mechanical fault.

Works very well for a lower cost machine! This has replaced our Hotpoint. The Rapid Care cycle is a game changer! 14 mins on rapid care and no daily laundry lingering around and getting washed the next day. There is no steam function on this machine, but it has not been missed as it is not a function that was ever used previously. If you need to do a deeper level of wash but still dont have 3 hours for a normal cycle, then the Cotton Care 59 will have you washed in under an hour! There are no deep, clunky or noticable noises on the fastest spin settings. Very impressive for the price!

Only had a few weeks, Rubbish machine, the spin cycle is extremely loud, high pitch Screeching, that's if it does spin, seems to get stuck on 6 mins , for at least 30 mins or more,have to shut kitchen door , need ear plugs ,never experienced this in any other washing machine I have owned in 48 years

Really pleased with the product. Only downside was the description (or lack of) of the different cycles.
