Nice machine and very quiet compared to the one we had? When it was on spin I had to look out windows for a low flying helicopter ??????? but this one is really good

Could use a bit more flexibility for things like spin speeds and temperature selection for the programmes. The wool wash, for example, hasn't anything like a fast enough spin, meaning wool items would take days to dry out once hung up. The cotton care programmes are quite handy, and more useful than the overly drawn-out regular cotton programmes.

Fabulous piece of machinery - especially at that price point. I was a bit concerned it wasn’t going to be very good, but I needn’t of worried - it does the job perfectly

So please with the new washing machine so quiet and the programmes are so flexible - you are able to pick a programme that suits the wash load you have. Love the graphite colour it is so much nicer that the black one we had previously and although smaller in size plenty of drum size for a full load. We were both surprised with the choice of spin and how dry the clothes come out.

Just taken receipt of my new machine. Everything I need at a really affordable price. Great addition is the Hoover App to guide you through the most appropriate programme for your washing. Delighted with this product.

the washing machine never started off well was noisy spinning from day one then would not spin when got to 6 minutes to be told was because load was uneven when i wash same clothes every week, had Engineer out who had to fit new motor now stops at 12 minutes they are coming out again would never buy again
