It seems ok just not impressed that all products are outsourced to prc for production

Great product, simple to use, and great value.

A very good machine. The best points are its programmes which adapt to the level of dirt and weight of the washing. In the cotton cycle you choose the temperature spin speed and level of cleaning needed (three levels) and the machine weighs the clothes and calculates an optimium cleaning time. You can choose three options: pre-wash, final rinse or constant high temperature. This makes the machine really flexible. There are many other useful programmes including wool or hand wash. The two drawbacks for me are that you may only choose one option and there is no 50 degree temperature choice. Actually this is my second of these. The first broke down with a door lock failure and AO were very good about replacing it under warranty, with a very helpful agent on the phone. AO even refunded the difference in price as the machine that I got was 1kg larger load but still cheaper than when I bought the 10kg machine a year ago. The fact that I could have chosen a different brand but didn't shows just how I value this particular washing machine.

Excellent replacement new for old

So pleased with this washer. My old one was much smaller so I love the larger drum and it is easy to use. It is also nice and quiet compared to my old one...win win

This washing machine is so easy to use, is quiet in operation (especially the spin function) and covers all types of materials. I especially like the option for choosing how dirty the washing load is. Highly recommended! Nothing not to like!!

Had it 2 weeks now and so far so good. Loads of space for washing now and so quiet even when spinning compared to our last washing machine. Love the app sending me notifications telling me washing is finished and to remove it from the machine. Really helpful reminder.

Really easy to use quiet operation. Little confusion over the fitting of the base cover, would suggest this is done after the transit bolts are removed so that the plastic spacers can be retrieved easily. Still early days but very pleased with the product so far and would recommend.
