I bought this Hoover washing machine because my previous Hoover washing machine lasted for over 20 years. I have not been disappointed with my new Hoover, I absolutely love it. It washes really well, does loads of things you actually need, but best of all there is a 14 minute wash cycle on it. This washing machine has made me very happy.

I loved this washing machine while it worked. Unfortunately after 3 1/2 months, 80 washes it stopped turning and spinning during cycles. Hoover Candy have outsourced their repairs to Pacifica who were incredibly difficult to communicate with. Even moving an appointment took two days as nobody responded to phone calls, emails, the chat didn't work and not did the function to move the appointment offered in the link for the appointment. The appointment date suddenly changed with no acknowledgement of any method so I'm still unable to tell you which was successful. The repair appointments took weeks. Despite raising my concerns with Hoover Candy they informed me that 26 days for a belt to be changed from me informing them of the fault, until it was repaired was not considered a significant inconvenience. After support from AO who were amazing when I contacted them to explain the issues I was having to get the machine fixed under warranty and with contacting the companies, the machine was returned. Customer services for both Hoover and the repair company Pacifica could learn a lot from AO.

Very good machine, very quiet. 1400 max spin speed could use upgrading. My last 1600 made the washing much dryer. I hardly worry about anything with this machine. Whites and coloureds all go in together. No colour runs. very happy to have an A rated item to save money. Have only needed to use one program up to now and that is the 59 minute wash. This wash on my last machine was over 2 hours and clothes still looked a bit grey afterwards, but with this, white stays white. Excellent purchase. Just wished it had 1600 spin speed and it would be 5 stars perfect.

excellent communication for delivery, smart, quiet machine. Haven't used the WIFI function yet but works perfectly well without. Love the weight & water adjustment feature which then shows the exact wash time. Would recommend this product

Was initially noisy, then stopped working altogether in under 2 weeks when drive belt became detached. AO helped me through the reporting and returns process and a different machine is replacing this one.

Good product, washes well with some very useful programmes and does so very quietly. I was, however, surprised - and rather disappointed - that it doesn't come with a proper base plate. A simple piece of cardboard is the only thing supplied to cover the bottom/underneath, which will, soon, fall apart, if any water gets near, or is splashed, on it.

Worste washing machine in the world! Totally pointless having a 9kg drum because if you put more than 2 things in it the spin cycle doesnt work (im guessing it thinks the load is too heavy) I thought the first one had had was faulty so i had it replaced but the second one does exactly the same, it may as well just come with a 0.0001kg drum, totally pointless, dont waste your monet on this garbage

The washing machine is absolutely perfect and for a 9kg load it’s very slim line and the price is fantastic. Very very happy with it.
