Probably unlucky with this washing machine but had engineers out twice for repair but in the end swapped the product for Samsung.

Unfortunately it stopped spinning after only 6 days.

Instructions are not particularly clear. Product information did not make clear that many functions only work wit 1.5 to 2 kg in the machine.

Very pleased with this machine so far, after about three weeks of use. Plenty of programme options, quiet, large drum and I’m able to pause it early in the programme to add forgotten items. One thing to be aware of- if the load becomes uneven the machine goes into a slow spin to prevent damage and then the washing is still very wet. It has to be redistributed and respun. This has happened a few times but it seems to be with mixed loads of heavy and light fabrics. Overall would recommend.

This washing machine was to replace our Bosch machine, which was over 10 years old and had recently developed noisy spinning with other defects. We chose this as a replacement and have been very satisfied with the choice. We have a wide range of programs and settings, which allow the selection of wash to suit the load, which varies widely from day to day. It is very quiet and the load size gives even more flexibility. We have not used the WiFi feature and cannot see when this would be useful to us, but I'm sure some people may find it helpful.

A great looking washing machine. Has many functions including steam. There are some shorter cycles that are good money savers which do the job. I have found some cycles that are particularly long which surprised me . The machine is very quiet. There is a WIFI function which I’m yet to use.

Perfect for 2 washes now the door won’t close ?? Currently waiting for an engineer to make contact to arrange an appointment…..48 hours and counting! Extremely disappointed and frustrated as I have to deal directly with the manufacturer because I’ve only had it for 8 days ??

Its a really good machine and the wifi functions amazing
