I love my new fridge freezer, I didn't know how noisy my old one was. I have better storage space, in both parts. Delivery was good, I was updated and I got a call with a hour time slot and they arrived on time.

Nice well made Fridge / Freezer. It is a bit smaller than the old Hotpoint it replaced but that's good for us as it fits into the space available better. The see through drawer fronts make it easier to see what's in the freezer. Its very quiet. very pleased with my purchase.

This product is great, it mlhas made me realise how bad my old appliance had become. Couldn't be happier

Very Disappointing Product , I have always brought Hotpoint products and thought paying more for this Brand would be worth it but sadly not. It's a good Looking Exterior BUT Poor Quality with Cheap Plastic Interior. Arrived with a Broken Top Freezer Drawer & Broken Egg Basket. Hotpoint Sent Out Replacements Three Times, Arrived Damaged. Rude and Poor Hotpoint Customer Service. They don't make them like they use too sadly my Old Hotpoint Fridge Freezer was 14 years old. Thankfully AO Team were GREAT, AO Excellent Customer Service Fantastic Team and Delivery Drivers were EXCELLENT. So Thankful for AO
