This item is a joke, when the fan isn’t in full swing it makes a noise like it’s going to explode, once the fan gets to maximum speed it starts to behave. This was ordered 3 months ago but only had it taken out the box a week ago. I’ve lost all faith in the product and am genuinely fearful to use it. But not to worry Ao/Bosch want to send someone round with a screwdriver to try fix it. What a joke. If your reading this review its because your thinking of parting with your money for a brand you think you can trust. Let me tell you now don’t do it. A cheaper alternative will be a wiser choice.

I bought this oven almost 3 years ago, so it is no longer within warranty. Unfortunately, when I took the glass off in order to clean the inside of the oven door, the whole glass door came apart as it is held together with plastic components/ what appears to be glue and two flimsy metal brackets at the top. I'm quite shocked that what I thought would be a quality product has such a massive design fault and subsequently needs a repair so soon after purchase (I would expect an oven to work longer than 3 years??!) I was happy with the oven until this happened, not sure if we need to replace the whole door or if there is a fix but pretty annoyed with this.

delivered and worked for approx one hour then no heat in oven at all knob makes clicking noise and nothing happens. having to wait five days without an oven for engineer to call, bosch said i had been unlucky, really i think it made a mistake choosing a bosch.

Used the oven for the first time and very smokey. Tried to clean sides with warm soapy water as directed. I now have a new oven with marked sides. Phoned up Bosch and got fobbed of with a free cleaning product. Should not have too clean a brand new oven. Now in the process of writing to Bosch and AO. I have had three Neff cookers in the past and just ordered this because of treated sides and easy clean. So disappointed

The oven arrived with a big dent in the top. We've been assured that it is only cosmetic on the outer casing which is hidden once fitted. Owing to timelines with the project, we had no choice but to fit this. Delivery timeline was clear but at the end of the day, I'd rather not receive damaged goods. Oven looks good but not yet tested.

Awful product, we are now on our third fan replacement since October despite oven only being used once per day. Will now ask Bosch to replace the oven, if not will have to bite the bullet and buy another new oven but definitely won’t be a Bosch.

Initially, all was well. But after about 3 weeks of use, the fan stopped working. Very disappointing, expected a way more reliable product than this. Poor.
