Bought in time for Christmas and it packed up within a week. Bosch couldn’t get a engineer until 10 th January so I had to get AO to take it back and bought a different German brand. Bosch go out of the way to be difficult but AO did there best to sort it out.R

The product is good, easy to fit and is working OK. ao.com phoned within an hour of placing my order, trying to sell me extended warranty which I had already said no too. Just wish ao.com wouldn't keep hitting me with emails and text. I starting to think I should never used this company. Appliance 4/5 ao.com 0/5.

Nothing wrong with the product itself just the delivery servicee . Payed £30 to be delivered on a 10 -00 clock slot only for it to be delivered at 4-00 so not happy .

The service from ao was excellent from ordering the product, through to it being installed. However, once installed, we found the appliance wasn't working correctly, and we are having to wait a week for an engineer to come out. Very frustrating and inconvenient

The oven is making a really loud pulsing noise and you can barely see the controls on the dials . Will be contacting Bosch as I think there is a fault with the motor . My last Bosch fan oven was great .

I bought 2 of these ovens. one of them was broken within 2 months. The glass had fallen off when I opened it.

My previous oven was Bosch and never had any problems until it packed up so I went again for this one but the only thing is the alarm setting for the oven in not very visible and it’s difficult to see also the alarm only rings for a short time.
