The one thing I don’t like about this washing machine is the very lengthy time it takes for washing cotton sheets. I want a much shorter time program for my super king sheets ( heavy load) and there isn’t one.

The product itself is efficient and I like the time remaining screen so you can select the best cycle for your needs. However, the holes in the front of the washer didn’t align with our door, so we ended up having to do some carpentry and chasing holes in the door to move the hinges. Otherwise no complaints.

The machine works OK but its scores lower because the method of fixing the cabinet door onto the machine is VERY POOR and flimsy with no flexibility to adjust the hinges on vertical and horizontal plains. As a result we cannot get it to align exactly with cabinets along side it and so it doesn't look good. With a major brand like Hoover I would expect someone to have already noted and rectified this. Would not recommend this model.

Seems to be ok so far but with a full load on fast spin the detergent tray leaks. Also this is an integrated appliance and it seems to have been an afterthought by Hoover. Difficult to fit the door and no adjustment on the hinges either.

Machine is great but one thing which is my fault is just wish I hadn't bothered with an integrated machine as so difficult to get everything aligned afain- that is my fault though nothing to do with machine.

Not had it to long but seems to work pretty well. It as quiet as I thought but it is a washing machine and they do have to make some noise I suppose. As for ordering it couldn’t be any easier , delivery was perfect too so would definitely recommend ao to anyone who wants an easy life.

The machine is nice and quiet and all the programs are great. The door fitting kit is odd as the door is at an angle no matter which parts of the kit I am using - the machine is 100% level and when I fit the door the top part of the door looks like it is leaning outwards by about 3/4 cm which is playing havoc with my OCD. Using ao.com was easy and straight forward and the recycling service is recommended.

Good washing machine for a good price after my last Hotpoint stopped working after 3 years. Easy to use. I chose this washing machine as it has a brushless motor. It is quieter than the old one, let’s hope this lasts.
