A.o. got it right after 2 deliveries, no instructions in English, screw caps I have seen before had to use Phillip's, but they put it all right after talk on phone with efficient young lady, delivery chap on 2nd occasion eas a real gent and cooker hood works great for a good value price many thanks A.O
