Well what can I say ! Was very nervous about purchasing a heat pump tumble dryer , However I’m now totally converted - clothes come out dry and not dehydrated - yes some loads take a little longer but to be honest not noticed much difference - this model does have a 30 min cycle so if you need a couple of things done quick it will do that No hot air is expelled when the machine is on - so no moist air in your home - water is easy to empty via the drawer at the top - two filters in the machine to empty each time you use it , but even that is super simple . Dial is big , easy to use and read with useful programmes - you can also tweek them abit by using the additional buttons depending how dry you want your items to be when you empty the machine . ( ironing or cupboard ) Overall the build quality is sturdy and surprisingly attractive ; It wasn’t as big as the dimensions that were listed ? ( which for me was perfect ) basically just a little larger than the one it replaced . Clothes come out super soft -The manual does says you don’t need to add softener to your washing machine as the dryer doesn’t need it ! Which is absolutely right - I really can’t recommend this machine enough it’s excellent - would recommend 100% Just wish I’d taken the plunge earlier

A good, solid tumble dryer. Lots of setting options to suit all needs. Really like the smart technology that means that tumble dryer stops when the items are dry. That helps avoid clothes shrinking.

Fantastic dryer not only looks good but works great

It is very good at getting clothing dry. It does not steam up the windows like my old dryer

Switched for a condenser dryer and have to say that this is a far superior product than any other brand that I have tried

For us as a small family, with 4 young children. It wasn't drying the clothes quick enough. I purchased this just before christmas. I contacted AO yesterday regarding the issue we were experiencing and they are sending a brand new, different make and model condenser tumble dryer out to us. EXCELLENT SERVICE

This tumble dryer is amazing I dryed a double quilt in 60 minutes which seems a longtime but nothing compared to my previous one I would recommend this heat pump to anyone I have a family of 7 so you can imagine the washing it is quiet has wonderful fluff filters I'm so impressed ??
