Initially it was a great machine but started to become very loud. After six months we had to call Haire to arrange an engineer as the tumble dryer had stopped heating up and water was leaking out of the bottom. The tumble dryer was a right off and we were given a voucher to spend on another machine at AO. Despite the machine not working, the customer service team were amazing, friendly and very efficient.

Broke down after 12 months and caused us major problems as a family!! Would not recommend.

For us as a small family, with 4 young children. It wasn't drying the clothes quick enough. I purchased this just before christmas. I contacted AO yesterday regarding the issue we were experiencing and they are sending a brand new, different make and model condenser tumble dryer out to us. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Great size, bit awkward to adjust the feet to level Out and a little annoying won’t turn sound off for beeps. Have looked online and looks like is muted with lit symbol but still beeps
