So my old tumble dryer gave up the ghost and decided I was going to pay a bit more for better quality . WOW!!! What a machine . Easy to use easy to clean and easy to empty . Looks and feels quality and clothes come out as if they’ve been ironed .

Very good dryer so far. Bonus that it comes with a drainage pipe which you can feed into your drain pipe, therefore avoiding to empty the water - very helpful! 10kg is a great size and if you are likely to put on large washes, it is more efficient too.

This is a fantastic product that is extremely cost effective to run! It has a large capacity so is great for families or those who have a lot of washing to dry! It is also very quiet when operating and gentle on your clothes. The service from AO was 5 Star as always right down to the helpful delivery staff! Highly Recommend!

So far, very pleased with the product. Always nervous with a brand I'm not sure of however, the machine looks and feels well built, certainly better than my last dryer. It also does have reverse spin which is a bonus as that really helps the drying process and. I've used it on full capacity with a mixture of bedding, towels and clothes and it dried better than my old condensing dryer. Usually I have to put it back in for another spin, maybe I will have the issue on bedding only, not tried it yet so can't comment It gets nowhere near as hot as my old dryer as well, an obvious side effect of the HP working. Pleased with the look of the unit, warranty is very good as well, 10 years for parts. Took me a while to find the handle to open the door, but that's entirely my issue not the dryers! Still getting used to the settings but it seems to adjust itself depending on the load, the Mix setting defaults to 2h 30m but it has been longer on bigger loads and a bit less on smaller ones. Can't fault AO service either, delivery drivers were excellent, polite and friendly. Makes a change from some of the service I've had from other companies.
