Vast improvement on our old Bosch machine, very quiet and easy to use. Very happy with the purchase.

Its a good machine. I like that its quite throughout and cleans perfectly. The only thing is the programs and settings they’re so many and complicated to use. But the mobile app solve for that. The touch screen doesnt work great as well.

Product is really good does everything I need it to do, quiet and easy to use. Dries nicely absolutely no complaints. I have to say AO customer service were also brilliant and so helpful.

Seems to be good so far after a few days of use. Runs really quietly which is brilliant, and the Eco washing and Quick washing options are delivering good results. The only trouble I have is that the touch buttons aren’t very responsive. Sometimes I have to press them in three or four different ways before they register which can get quite annoying...

So far so good. Clothes come out very clean and very dry. The cycles are long if you want to dry as well, but that doesn’t really bother us. Impressively quiet compared to our last machine! I deducted one star as the installation for WiFi control failed a few times before finally working. AO helpline directed me to the manufacturer helpline who cut me off. I tried one last time and it worked. All in all it took about an hour to get the WiFi remote sorted and I work with IT. Overall though excellent value for money, let’s hope it lasts.

I love it. I had an old Hover Washer Dryer so I wanted the same , and I wasn't. Disappointed . It's so much better?? so quiet and I love the count down and I can adjust the temkarenperature and spin speed.

Pros = This Hoover washer/dryer has a large load capacity of 10kg and a big door, which is great for washing duvets. It is also quite a compact and quiet machine, with lots of standard programmes to choose from and options to customise. And as a bonus, the door lock releases as soon as the programme finishes. Haven't had it long, but happy with its performance to date. Cons = The build of the washer/dryer is lighter than my previous machines (of different brands), so I hope it lasts as long. It also doesn't have a drain tube at the front - which is a useful feature in the event that you need to empty the machine manually.
