EXCELLENT washer dryer !! The dryer works GREAT when you get to grips with the programs !! I had to learn via the guided programs on the hOn app as I'd NEVER had a washer dryer BUT its washed and dried my 9kg weighted blanket BRILLANTLY !! DEFO recommend this machine !!

Product is excellent - the huge drum capacity makes such a difference to your washing workload. Lots of different effective programmes too. Very nice looking aesthetic too. Couldn’t be happier with the product.

We already had a 10kg + 6kg, so ordered the bigger one. No issues. Really easy to use. Is a little bigger depth wise than the 10 + 6

Very good for a large wash. The dryer seems to take a long time. A bit wary using the 1400 spin, the machine shook forward once. I think the wash must have been uneven, but the machine is supposed to even out the washing. I have used 1400 spin again and it was OK.

Having a family member with a disability the large 14kg / 9kg capacity is a great help, I can wash / dry all the items I need, it has a fantastic range of programs and a delay start so items can be washed and dried and ready for the morning, the WiFi app was easy to install and connect, all in all a very useful washer dryer.

Great washing machine generally. The depth of this is bigger than standard washing machines, so isn't ideal sitting under counters. However, has a big capacity and the dryer functions work really well (it actually fully dries clothes!) It runs fairly quietly compared to my last machine (which broke due to a bearing coming loose).

We’re a growing family of 4 and the washing loads are not getting any smaller so we opted for the only large capacity machine available. We have not been disappointed, the large capacity 14kg drum has cut down on the amount of washes we need to do and duvets are no problems at all for it. Drying cycles work as expected - turn it on and clothes come out dry. Not had any interest in using the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth function yet. Really can’t fault the machine and surprised other manufacturers don’t offer a 14kg drum option, it really does cut the amount of washes needed and the machine is on a lot less than our old one.
