I am really enjoying using my new cooker. I had one minor issue and needed a new pan support but Hotpoint sent out a new one quickly

I love my new cooker. Lots of safety features, really easy to use and looks fabulous in my kitchen. I'm very pleased with it

Grill is difficult to light and the grill pan handle can get a bit hot but otherwise all OK

Great product, good controls and consistent cooking results

I like the different sized burgers on the hob and the two ovens, one with a grill. It is handy to have a timer and I love the stay clean liners and the glass cover. All in all this is a superior cooker to my old one@Why

Bought this.cooker to replace old stoves gas cooker Had it installed and this is a very good cooker Has a main bottom oven and the grill also has the facility to be a second small oven , which is very useful. The ignition on the burners are automatic , just turn the knob to put the gas on and push the knob in and it lights the burner, it’s so easy, the glass lid folds down and cuts off the gas which is a great added safety feature as well as been able to use the lid to put your slow cooker on or any other appliance for that matter, also the lid when cooking adds as a splash back to stop those splatters when cooking. There’s no negatives from me , all positives, And all black which goes in well with our kitchen
