Do not buy it! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! This cooker is dangerous. The heat from the grill causes the controls to get red hot and melt! cheap plastic controls and no deflection of the heat from the grill. Typing this with burnt fingers!! Am raising this as a serious H&S issue with AO and Hotpoint.

Dreadful, grill doesn't light or if it does goes out. oven badly set up baking trays slide to back & catch fire spreading noxious fumes through the house. Gas hob burners don't light properly.

Cheaply made not happy with the quality of the product.

Quality finish to the cooker. Hobs work well but the ovens are very disappointing. They do not heat up to an efficient temperature so recommended times and temperatures have to be increased significantly.

When unpacked there was a chip/dent on the top corner. Was advised to send a photo to [email protected] which I did but still waiting for a reply!

Looks good apart from glass lid. Quite high off top of cooker and very plain. Doesn't get as hot in the grill and oven as my previous Hotpoint which was a much better quality.

I bought this cooker to replace my 60 year old Cannon gas cooker! There are good points, the hob is efficient, but I am disappointed with the quality of grilling and baking. Toast is browned unevenly and a batch of biscuits ranged from very dark brown to barely baked. Given that this cooker has had very good reviews, I wonder if this is just my cooker which is faulty.

Hi, and xmas wishes! The cooker is great but I come with a warning which was my own fault! Looked at this cooker the night before, then ordered it the next day. I received it 2 days later and only when it was delivered and my old cooker taken away did I relive I'd ordered the smaller version! I was left with no cooker for 4 days, hence star rating. So check check again when you are ordering best wishes
