Bought this for 2 reasons mainly the savings that can be made using heat pump dryers. Should pay for itself in a few years, this on also is the same brand & colour as our washer so they look pretty sleek side by side.

Product is brilliant, but what is more impressive is the customer service. I have recently purchased 4 large items from AO and every time the service is second to none. Have recommended to everyone I know. The delivery staff keep you well informed of the delivery and are always pleasant and professional. Can’t recommend highly enough

Fab economical dryer with lots of extras!

Was well aware of the energy savings on a heat pump dryer, but was put off at first by price, but this product has met all expectations looks great , so quiet , using a smart meter display, can see the low electric use compared to a standard dryer , and, comes with an extension hose to take water straight out to the drain ! The door is extra large to make loading a breeze with a double lint filter to keep dryer working at max efficiency. The controls are straightforward, a simple rotary selector, and plenty of options if required , but as its a sensor dryer , it just does it by itself. An excellent product. Satisfied customer.

Small items get stuck between the door and drum.

Great dryer, takes a bit longer to dry stuff, but far more economical than previous.
