I needed to replace my old tumble dryer as it was costing a fortune to use, so decided to invest in a heat pump one. Reviews about heat pump tumble dryers made me dubious but I decided to try one anyway and so glad I did! It doesn't take as long to dry things as I expected, as other reviews say heat pumps take too long. It doesn't burn or shrink things like my old condenser dryer so I can fling almost anything in. I figured that, on my cheap fixed rate of elec, it costs me around 6p per hour to run it. I can see a massive difference from my smart meter, we were spending loads more on elec before we changed it. It will go up when my fixed ends of course, but still significantly cheaper than my old one. Overall I love how it looks, it's really easy to set and use, it dries things just as good as my old condenser dryer, and it's cheaper to use!

Overall really happy with the machine. Two things I’d mentioned that I wish I knew before: 1. There are two filters to clean - and one has a double layer. It’s not a problem and it’s really easy to clean but it was one more than I was used to with our previous tumble dryer! 2. It’s a little noisy! Not crazy amounts, but if you’re looking for a machine that’s super silent (eg: to put on at night next door to your bedroom), I’d recommend having a look around further. However for us this was not the priority concern - the fact it’s A+ was the main draw card and ALL the laundry has come out beautifully dry and fluffy so no complaints in terms of its functionality, really great buy. Also looks super sleek and beautiful.

Takes some time to dry on any of the echo settings but if you're in a rush the quick dry works wonders

Aesthetically the dryer looks great. The on/off "switch" (a LCD display) is a bit annoying as you have to touch it in just the right place for it to work but once on, the dryer works perfectly. 4 stars because of the on/off "button".

Looks stylish, a very quiet running dryer much quieter than my previous heat pump dryer. This is super easy to install yourself, menu selections are easy to use. The filter is so easy to clean compared to previous heat pump. Dries the clothes well, no dampness, I would certainly recommend Haier products, I am now wanting the washer to match ??

Fantastic dryer. Drying time does not seem much longer than previous condenser dryer I had but a huge diffrance in electricity usage, wish I switched sooner. Worth the cost, nice solid build quality, looks fantastic and it does not make too much humidity like my precious machine. Highly recomend.

I'm a great fan of haier over other brands and have their washing machine. This dryer is better than another brand heat pump tumbler. The water tray is at the top of the machine just great to empty saves reaching down with a bad back. The fluff collector is great as double layered so the fluff doesn't stay in the machine when you clear the filter. It does the job. Negatives for me the price why so much more than other brands? Used 10 times from new and still has rubbery new smell
