    let down

    2/5
    had this cooker for 3 weeks,I always buy hisense equipment,but this cooker is a big let down,manual print too small to read can't download manual,cooker looks good,main oven takes ages to heat up,food taking 1/3 longer to cook than my old cooker,now putting on highest temperature then lowering to reqd temperature,not great with high energy prices,hob works fine,but overall let down by hisense very dissapointed

    Looks good but that all

    Would not recommend to anyone. So far everything we have tried to cook in the main oven has taken well over the time it's supposed to take.

    A large airfryer with a hob

    2/5
    Looks nice and the hobs heat up fast but that's as good as it gets which is disappointing to say the least. Airfry mode can't be turned on or off but it doesn't actually fry anything, everything comes out seeming undercooked eg chips are soft with zero crisp. Takes a crazy long time to heat up with no indicator of the temperature its at. Haven't used the top "oven" as yet but its not a conventional oven, it's a grill that you can adjust the temperature of.

    Can not recommend

    2/5
    Product takes an age to heat up, used an oven thermometer to see what temperature the cooker was getting to, as it has no indication of when it reaches the heat specified First time use everything took 3x what it should have to cook. After 30 minutes the oven could only get to 200 degrees when set to 250 degrees. When set to 200 degrees it only produces 180 degrees. The “Air-fry” function is not an option you can turn on or off, it’s just the oven. Doesn’t seem to air fry anything The top section is only a grill and can not be used as a second oven The only thing I can say is a positive is the hobs work and heat up fast Would not recommend if you want your food cooked properly at a reasonable speed

    Average cooker from Hisense, was expecting more

    3/5
    I like the cooker but 3 points: 1) takes a very long time for the hobs to cool down 2) there's no way you can work out what temperature the ovens are at any moment. The light doesn't go off when it reaches the temperrature, there's no subtle click in the dial, the display is just a clock. So, either you guess or you'll have to place a thermostat in the oven while cooking. Not great. 3) The manual is very poor, the instructions written in a weird English.

    Confusing

    3/5
    This is a confusing cooker, and loud. Is anyone else having difficulty with how loud the fan is and how long it runs after the oven has been switched off? The instructions are extremely confusing too. No idea how to set the clock despite reading several times or how to use the air-fryer.
