    Great value product

    5/5
Smart cooker with lots of functions. My first induction hob so will take a little bit of getting used to. Ovens are a great size. The only negative I’ve found so far is there’s no light saying when oven temperature is reached. The manual isn’t the greatest either but I don’t cook food with that! Reasonably priced smart induction hob cooker. Awesome service from the delivery team.

Shocking but brilliant returns and engineer visit

Unfortunately cannot give it no stars, to be fair induction hob was very fast but ovens and grill were a waste of space. Bought hot point oven and grill brill but induction hob very slow

    Perfect oven

    5/5
This oven is exactly what we needed. The features make cooking so easy. We love the lock system on the hobs due to having small children!

    Very disapointed

Oven looked great and we were really excited to get this. We've been trying to use it for just over a month now. Fairly certain that it's a faulty unit - but would have hoped there is some form of quality testing. Hobs take ages to boil anything - much much slower than our old induction hobs. Back right hob will keep things warm at best, not powerful enough to cook anything. It is incredibly fussy about which pans we use where - Ninja induction pans with which we had no problems on our previous hob. Pizza takes 20 minutes to cook, on Pizza setting and max power, all in all oven does not seem as hot as it should be and patience is required to get anything cooked. In hindsight would have prefered a simpler oven that just got the job done and cooked food without any fuss.

    Really good but...

Really like this cooker. Hob works great and looks great too. Only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the design of the oven racks.

I liked it at first but LOVE it now!!’

Firstly, I love the look of my new cooker, I love the space inside - it’s definitely ‘Tardislike’. Both ovens are huge and work well. I’ve tried the air fryer function and it worked well but I think it will be brilliant as I learn more. The induction hob was a learning curve but two tips will save new owners time. 1. To set the clock, press on the tiny clock symbol until it flashes then use the arrows either side of the symbol to adjust the time, really easy but the instructions sounded complicated. Sometimes you need to do this operation a couple of times before it works. 2. The induction hob itself can be a problem, turning itself off. Aftera couple of times I realised that if you touch the key symbol by accident, maybe brushing your finger past it - it locks the hob with a light flashing LO. You need to turn the hob back on by holding your finger on the on/off switch until the LO light goes out. This is in the instructions but not easy to follow. These are minor problems which are so easy to resolve but are frustrating when you’re using the cooker at the beginning. Once i mastered these little niggles my experience with my cooker has been brilliant and I can’t wait to experiment further. So glad I chose the Hisense.

I thought I was buying an energy efficient cooker

Manual is very basic and unhelpful. Its been trial and error using the oven. I have to set temperature higher and cook longer to achieve the same results as previous electric oven. I use my oven to produce proper meals not heating up ready meals. Have never used an air fryer so lack of information regarding temp and timings would be useful. The hob is fast but as others have noted very noisy. Also negotiating which ring is which according to symbols was frustrating resulting in a minor burn to my hand. Lack of pilot light also frustrating even though it states in the booklet that there is one. Other than that i suppose I will get used to it

    Noisy but powerful

    2/5
The induction hob is nosy, i get intermittent buzzing/static noise when heating up food. Since day 1 I’ve tried different induction suitable pans and pots, and i get same result. It’s a powerful hob, it will boil water in less than a minute. But noisy in the process. The most noisy I ever cooked on. Can anyone share if they had a similar experience? Thank you.
