DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR HOUSE ON FIRE!

    1/5
DO NOT BUY! I got this cooker in December 24 now it is April 25 and it has broken and nearly set my house on fire! It has been struggling to get upto temperature. Cooking a pizza takes nearly 1 hour at 250°c which in my old cooker would have burnt the pizza to a crisp!

Shocking but brilliant returns and engineer visit

Unfortunately cannot give it no stars, to be fair induction hob was very fast but ovens and grill were a waste of space. Bought hot point oven and grill brill but induction hob very slow

    Very disapointed

    1/5
Oven looked great and we were really excited to get this. We've been trying to use it for just over a month now. Fairly certain that it's a faulty unit - but would have hoped there is some form of quality testing. Hobs take ages to boil anything - much much slower than our old induction hobs. Back right hob will keep things warm at best, not powerful enough to cook anything. It is incredibly fussy about which pans we use where - Ninja induction pans with which we had no problems on our previous hob. Pizza takes 20 minutes to cook, on Pizza setting and max power, all in all oven does not seem as hot as it should be and patience is required to get anything cooked. In hindsight would have prefered a simpler oven that just got the job done and cooked food without any fuss.

    Overrated and overpriced

Powerful induction hob but noisy while cooking. The induction coils produce high static noise. Also the sealant around the black glass hob is poorly applied, one corner is already peeling off. Oven is working as expected. All in all overpriced. Nothing special.

    Noisy but powerful

    2/5
The induction hob is nosy, i get intermittent buzzing/static noise when heating up food. Since day 1 I’ve tried different induction suitable pans and pots, and i get same result. It’s a powerful hob, it will boil water in less than a minute. But noisy in the process. The most noisy I ever cooked on. Can anyone share if they had a similar experience? Thank you.

Great oven but missing some key features

    3/5
The oven itself looks sleek, works great but there a few faults. There are no indication lights or noises that the oven is preheated, it simply doesn’t have any way of telling you, so you have to leave it a pretty long time to make sure it’s up to temp. Some good things though are soft close doors, lots of space and accessories and the few things I’ve cooked and baked have come out great (assuming I left it 30mins to preheat)
