Manual is very basic and unhelpful. Its been trial and error using the oven. I have to set temperature higher and cook longer to achieve the same results as previous electric oven. I use my oven to produce proper meals not heating up ready meals. Have never used an air fryer so lack of information regarding temp and timings would be useful. The hob is fast but as others have noted very noisy. Also negotiating which ring is which according to symbols was frustrating resulting in a minor burn to my hand. Lack of pilot light also frustrating even though it states in the booklet that there is one. Other than that i suppose I will get used to it

The products hob heats up very quickly and the two ovens are a good size.Im still navigating my way around it and can't wait to explore the different settings.The only issue I have is that it doesn't come with the cable. For the price you pay it should be freely given.So far so good. There are no lights to tell you it's hot on the hob but has a h sign.Its very easy to knock the hob on if you touch it when cleaning.Hence the 4 stars.

Really like this cooker. Hob works great and looks great too. Only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the design of the oven racks.

Nice ovens However areas where the induction hobs are seems to be incorrect as does not resemble actual positions We found it hard to distinguish and thought the hob wasn’t working! Overall a nice cooker

I like this easy to use cooker. Takes a little while to get to grips with the controls, but when mastered works very well. The induction hobs are extremely efficient. The two ovens work well unfortunately neither have a indicator showing when temperature is reached, very frustrating. The grill is ok, but could do with a better hight adjustment for the grill pan. The bottom oven also has the ability to be used as an air fryer with an additional fan setting. Seems to work well, but I have nothing to compare with. Overall though very pleased with cooker.

We did a fair bit of reading up as I really wanted an induction hob this time as we are not on mains gas. We are really pleased with the results. The oven looks very clean and stylish. Functions are clear and easy to use and its the largest grill pan I've ever seen. The only negative so far is the grill pan handle due to the sheer size of the tray is a bit unwieldly but getting used to it.

The delivery was seamless and easy. Once installed the cooker was ready to use and easy to get going with setting the time and learning to use the various settings. The instructions are a tad misleading (to us at least) as it told us to use the bottom oven heat for baking a cake and after the usual time in the oven it was still soggy on top, so we switched the settings to finish cooking it. We’ve had it a few weeks now and so far so good. The air fryer setting is a nice touch, we love our air fryer but can only cook so much in it at a time so having a cooker that can do it is great. The pizza setting works well, cooked pizza perfectly in 10 minutes

Very pleased with my new oven. The functions on it are amazing. I'm still learning some of the features. But my food has always been cooked to perfection. It is worth every penny.
