Product in general is very good. Im writing this review after two week of experience with the hood. Why 2 stars than - touch buttons not working all the time as they have too. Once i spend 30 min to try to switch ON light and i give up. Also hood not switching ON or OFF from the first time. You can really get very quickly upset.! Old one which we have wasn't so good as this but at list you can started or stop when you want :)

Great product. Easy to install as a DIY project with the electrics checked by a professional. All the brackets screws etc are supplied and the instructions are certainly easy to understand DElivery was as alway faultless by AO.

Great item very powerful a little noisy but it is an extraction and does the job..

Installed for a week and so far very happy. Stylish appearance and allows space to overlook cooking - I often bumped my head on the previous horizontal hood. (Nope, I didn't learn.) Not quiet, but no noisier than you would expect a hood to be. Lights are bright and although set back next to the wall still illuminate food cooking in pots. Simple controls set in glass front screen so works like a touch screen. 3 speeds and suction feels adequate. Easy toput in grease screen and take it out for cleaning. Feel I have had good value for money

Nicely presented and works well, the negatives are it’s a little noisy during operation and the touch sensitive buttons aren’t that responsive. For the price it represents good value for money and does what it’s meant to do.
