This dishwasher takes no prisoners. A really good clean even on the rapid cycle. We haven't needed to prewas or rewash items. Easy to load, two racks fold down in bottom tray for pans. Very happy with it, well worth paying a bit extra compared to other brand name.

Product does exactly what is says on the tin. A couple of items have required a second wash, but this maybe loader error (I blame the husband, couldn't possibly be me ??)

Average performance and the most annoying cutlery basket on planet! I find that it doesn’t dry dishes efficiently and on eco program dishes come out dirty, unless you do a barely there/half load which defeats the whole “eco” idea. I now only use intensive program as it is the only one that does a good job on the cleaning. Now, the person who designed that cutlery basket needs to be fired, I have got no idea how on earth can something be so useless. The cutlery separator that sits on the basket only allows for same size cutlery which means I never use it, as none of my cutlery fits. Second, he sides have random sized holes that most cutlery just slides through, so I find that spoons or forks have fallen through them, jams between themselves, makes impossible to pull out the basket or dishwasher shelf. OR, worst case, if you haven’t noticed those slippery beggars get through and you run a load, then you discover that it had stopped the spinning arm that washes from turning, and you end up with gritty, dirty dishes that need washing all over again. I suppose you get what you pay for. Three stars as at the end of the day, on intensive program it washes well. I’m being generous here.

Vital information was missing from the Hoover instruction manual and the delay timer wouldn't set despite meticulously following the instructions several times. Overall for noise this machine was deathly quiet. Because of several issues I find myself returning this machine. Hoover have made better products and I'm highly disappointed with the overall quality of the product, the instructions are badly translated in places and these seem to generic for a variety of models. I bought this item on 30th December 2021, delivered on 6th January 2022, on its way back (return arranged for 18th January) 14th January, 2022. For the money - very poor quality from Hoover!

Low price, does the job. My mother is very happy that she is no longer tied to the kitchen :) customer service is 5/5

Not quite as robust as our previous dishwasher a Bosch slimline model. The door is made of plastic, its easy to accidently switch the touch panels on rack opening or closing the door. You have to put heavy plates at the back of the bottom tray otherwise it tips up when you pull it forward. You have to space plates out in the racks so that they don't touch each other to avoid the possibility of them not being washed properly. It works Ok but I wish I had bought another Bosch!

Cleans beautifully, easy to use. I find the glass rack a bit fiddly but that’s just being picky. Value for money

Don't like cutlery basket, slots to small, i use it with out the slot lid, it's also a bit complicated to set a program, Also short wash leaves dishes with a slimly feel, and cutlery eggy and bits of food between fork tines, need to use salt and a rinse aid daily, but, although not economical, on a longer wash dishes and cutlery come out fine. I'm happy with it for the price.
